Shipping policy

We will process your order soonest possible, usually within 1 to 2 working days (Mondays to Fridays). We use Singapore Post ("SingPost") for shipping to both Singapore & International addresses.

SINGAPORE - 
Singapore based customers may choose to have their orders shipped via:

SingPost Tracked Package - Letterbox delivery service (2-4 working days)
**Parcel size limit to max dimensions: 324mm x 229mm x 65mm.
 

Shipping to local address will take approximately 1-5 working days, depending on the delivery service selected.
If the recipient's letterbox is full or parcel is unable to fit into the letterbox, or if the recipient is not available to receive the parcel (*for doorstep delivery service), SingPost will leave a delivery advice at the recipient's letterbox or doorstep (*for doorstep delivery) for self-collection at the post office as stated on the delivery notice. Customers are advised to collect their parcel within the time frame given by SingPost on the delivery advice. LIVING STONES will not be responsible for any lost parcel or non-collection.

INTERNATIONAL - 
All international orders will be shipped via SingPost International Registered Mail service. (Door step delivery, recipient signature required)

Parcel tracking details will be provided in your order shipping confirmation email. Shipping to overseas address will take 5-18 working days, depending on where you are located. Shipping costs vary depending on your location. The shipping fees will be added automatically at checkout. 

Alternative international express shipping services via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT are also available with additional cost. Please contact us for arrangement.

CUSTOMS DUTY / GOODS & SERVICE TAX varies for different countries.
Most countries set a limit on the value of consumer imported goods before charging tax. Customer or receiver of the parcel shall bear all import Customs Duty & Tax and all other related fees charged by their respective Customs or Government agencies. Please check with your Customs or Government agencies for more information on your country's import rules & regulations. LIVING STONES is not responsible for any delayed parcels due to customs clearance.
